Victorias Secret Angel
Tell us about your profession.
About me? Well that would be a long story but let us start! I am many things in addition to a cover model and a runway model. I’m also a real estate broker. My educational background consists of a bachelor’s of business administration degree from Purdue University. After graduating for the university, I was involved in various different jobs in different career industries including the sale of luxury automobiles such as McLaren and also working at finance firms such as BlackRock in New York. My current profession now is that I am a real estate broker specializing in high end properties in Manhattan as well as a published cover model. I also am a socialite, although I wouldn’t quite call that a career, it is still something I enjoy as I believe networking is crucial to your net worth and to becoming who you are.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Honestly, I love to just relax and unwind … “lounging” is one of my favorite activities. I am also a huge fan of keeping your body healthy and fit. I love to work out, go learn new things and enrich myself as a person.
Do you have your own motto, mission?
As Mercedes Benz says, “the best or nothing”, I believe since we are given one life, we have a duty to make the best of it. If not now, when?

What are the pros and cons of your work?
Pros are you get lots of notoriety and sense of achievement. There is nothing better that seeing your face plastered on famous magazine covers as well as campaigns with big brands. There’s also no better feeling than dominating the runway and seeing your images end up on Getty Images. However, modeling is a very brutal industry and it is purely based on appearance. However, lately the industry has become more diverse, but there is still a lot of areas of improvement and oftentimes you can be a little bit harsh on yourself due to your appearance, because it is an appearance-based job.

Where would a beginner start if they want to follow in your footsteps?
Don’t be afraid to be you. If you don’t put yourself out there, you’ll never know what’s in store for you or what you can achieve. You have to start with a single step. Also, don’t be afraid of rejection. It happens to the best of us. Rejection is part of the process and it’ll teach you more than acceptance ever will. Just keep on going. Keep being yourself as someone will recognize you for who you truly are as a talented individual.
